FONATUR Constructora, S.A. de C.V. was incorporated in 1976 as Baja Mantenimiento y Operación, S.A. de C.V., whose corporate purpose was to render preservation and maintenance services for personal property and real property in the Wholly Planned Centers of the National Trust Fund for the Promotion of Tourism (FONATUR).
